Grant is on a rolling deadline. Grant awards will support professional staff and board of directors in their efforts to access tools, develop practical skills, and cultivate support systems needed to effectively achieve the organization’s mission in the areas of leadership development, organizational development, program development, collaboration and community engagement, and evaluation of effectiveness. The guidelines state applicants can request up to $10,000, but awards typically range from $4,000 to $6,000. Matching Funds
In-kind donations can be a great way to show community support for your project. Donations that reduce the expenses of the project, but are not monetary gifts, are considered in-kind. Staff and board time does not count as in-kind because that time is already required for operations.

Eligibility
Eligibility is limited to 501(c)3 nonprofit, or equivalent, organizations located in the state of Alaska. Equivalent organizations may include tribes, schools, churches, local government agencies and programs
