This year the National Clean Diesel Campaign will issue a stand alone Diesel Emissions Reduction Act (DERA) Tribal Competition Request for Proposals (RFP) for a total of up to $1 million. Proposals must be submitted electronically via www.grants.gov no later than 4 p.m. ET on July 15, 2015.
