FEMA released the BRIC and FMA Notices of Funding Opportunities (NOFOs) on Aug. 9, 2021. The NOFOs are posted on grants.gov and provides detailed program information and other grant application and administration requirements. All 50 States, the District of Columbia, Federally-recognized Native American Tribal governments, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands are eligible to apply for the FY 2020 FMA Grant Program. Local governments are considered sub-applicants and must apply to their applicant state/territory.
