Description

Southeast Alaska's climate patterns are strongly influenced by happenings in the wider Pacific basin. Detailed records of rates of snowfall, precipitation, temperature, and oscillation reveal direct correlations between tropical hurricane weather systems and changes in Southeast Alaska's winter climate variabilities, especially in winter weather trends.
