The Tribal Climate Change Guide is part of the Pacific Northwest Tribal Climate Change Project (TCCP). The TCCP is part of the L.I.G.H.T. Foundation (LF), is an independent, Indigenous-led, conservation 501(c)(3) nonprofit established on the Colville Indian Reservation in the traditional territory of the Nespelem Tribe in present-day north central Washington State. FY2025. Emergency Supplemental Historic Preservation Fund (ESHPF). Applications Due July 15, 2025.  The ESHPF program supports recovery, and related expenses, for historic and cultural resources in areas impacted by natural disasters that have received a major disaster declaration pursuant to the Stafford Act. Pursuant to FY2025 Public Law 118-158, up to $15M may be awarded per proposal under the ESHPF grant program for necessary expenses related to the consequences of natural disasters occurring in calendar years 2023 and/or 2024.
